This study examines and analyses the research phenomenon to determine how key variables influence target outcomes, providing a deep understanding of the research problem. The study adopts a descriptive analytical approach suited to its research objectives. The research team distributed a questionnaire to a representative sample and processed data using advanced statistical tools in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), including arithmetic means, standard deviations, paired-sample t-tests, and multiple regression analyses to test the hypotheses. Statistical analyses confirm that independent variables exert a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable. Core findings reveal high evaluation scores, validating the target hypotheses and establishing the theoretical insights of the study. The innovative value of this paper lies in presenting a contemporary analytical model that enriches academic literature. Multiple stakeholders-including academic researchers, policy makers, and professional practitioners-can use these outputs to refine public policy. The study recommends adopting the proposed operational mechanisms, strengthening institutional and technological infrastructure, and formulating practical strategies based on analytical results to raise performance efficiency. Research limitations pertain to spatial, temporal, and sample size constraints, creating opportunities for future research covering broader regional and international contexts. These results offer direct guidance for administrative and operational policies, supporting sound decision-making to ensure continuous improvement and long-term sustainability across working environments
